The Kentucky Mountain Dental Society Inc. (KMDS) is an official component society of the Kentucky Dental Association (KDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA). Representing licensed dentists, dental specialists, and clinical team members across Pike, Floyd, Martin, Johnson, and surrounding Eastern Kentucky counties, our society forms the professional backbone of oral healthcare in the Appalachian region. Under the leadership of Dr. Joshua Leonard, KMDS brings together rural practitioners under a shared commitment to clinical excellence, professional ethics, and public health advocacy.
